• Sound knowledge of a variety of modern platforms in Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of a variety of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
• Experience using all Microsoft applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries.
• Manage client expectations and keep them informed.
• Provide technical and administrative support to allocated IFAs.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of client records.
• Look for ways to improve internal processes.

Skills

Experience in a Financial Services IFA support role

Knowledge of financial products

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Ability to use own initiative

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

GCSE level A-C/5-9 in English and Maths
