We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Housekeeping & Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The newly refurbished Chalk Hare in Royston. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, and enjoys creating seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out. You’ll oversee housekeeping operations, manage reservations, support the front-of-house team, and help ensure every guest enjoys a warm and welcoming stay. About you...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar staff, serveror food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your work and life experience to help run busy shifts calmly ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
