Candidates should ideally have foundational valuation experience or be Chartered Surveyors. Lambert Smith Hampton is expanding and investing in its Residential Valuation team in London, making this an excellent time to become part of a growing and strategically important division. The successful candidate will ideally be at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level, although we are happy to consider candidates with more experience.
The team provides extensive valuation and advisory services encompassing single‑unit assets, large‑scale development schemes, and diversified residential portfolios.
Their remit includes RICS Red Book valuations, market appraisals, strategic consultancy, and detailed assessments across the full spectrum of residential property types, from single and multi‑family dwellings, to development land and income‑generating investment assets.
Operating throughout London and the South East of England, the team applies rigorous analytical standards and deep sector expertise to support informed, evidence‑based decision‑making at every stage of the property lifecycle.
