Reporting to: Children’s Home Manager

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Children’s Home Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is integral in supporting the Registered Manager with all aspects of leadership and management, ensuring the home operates in full accordance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Quality Standards, and other relevant legislation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, high levels of professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering the very best outcomes for children and young people. You will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting and developing staff, and promoting a nurturing, therapeutic environment where young people feel safe, valued, and able to flourish.

We’re looking for someone who is resilient, fun, and outgoing, with a natural ability to inspire others and build positive, trusting relationships.
