As a trusted compliance partner to more than 50,000 organisations globally, we help businesses meet industry-leading standards across health and safety, sustainability, and ethical behaviour. Our innovative technology removes the complexity from compliance, empowering over 32,500 contractors and 2,500 UK hiring clients to reduce risk, save time, and make responsible supply-chain decisions that protect people, operations, and the planet.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building strong, long-term relationships and turning great partnerships into lasting success. What that means day to day
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all account management, supply chain compliance, and solution delivery needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular face to face and remote meetings, addressing queries, demonstrating the compliance portal, and ensuring ongoing compliance with supply chain standards.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities, embedding solutions within client operations, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Business Development, Audit, Finance, and Product to deliver a seamless client and contractor or supplier experience.
  • Track performance and progress by forecasting revenue, monitoring key success metrics, preparing account plans, and providing regular portfolio updates to management.
What you’ll need to be successful
  • Demonstrable work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Associate Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time, while maintaining attention to detail & client retention.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideally strong understanding of the construction sector and CAS criteria
  • UK travel will be required for client meetings and ability to attend the office (location dependant)
