Intermediate Mechanical Engineer (up to £45K ; up to 3 days WFH)

Responsibilities

As an Intermediate Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer, you’ll support the Principal or Associate Directors on small to medium‑sized projects, ranging from £100 K to £1 M. You’ll liaise directly with clients, specialist contractors, and other disciplines and see projects from RIBA Stage 2 to 4.

As you develop and gain confidence, you’ll have the chance to lead larger projects valued between £10 M and £50 M. You’ll also benefit from structured management training designed to help strong engineers become confident, effective leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bluebeam, Revit, and ideally H2X (or at least IES or Hevacomp).
