Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital, media or communications agency, CRM team, or data-driven client-side.
  • Proven ability to manage numerous projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in handling creative development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as critical client point of contact and core part of the client team.
  • Manage briefing, delivery, and execution of CRM campaigns with Account Directors.
  • Develop data-driven campaigns and strategies with the data team.

Skills

Established experience in a digital or communications agency
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign or another CRM platform
Strong relationship building across departments
Project management skills
Creative development and brief writing
