Qualifications

• Must live within an hour of site due to call-out.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs.
• Replace lamps and light fittings as needed.
• Inspect and test fire alarm systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Support ventilation system maintenance.
