Bird and Bird are looking for a systems specialist to join the GlobalHR Systems team following the recent implementation of SAPSuccessFactors. The Global HR Systems Team is based in London and Hong Kong.
Phase one of our PeopleConnect project went live in September 2025with Employee Central, Time Off and Onboarding modules, across ourglobal offices in 22 countries.
The Senior HR Systems Analyst is the global subject matter expert forTime Off in SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for managingissues and change requests, gathering requirements, supporting designand configuration, governance and adoption of time off solutionsacross multiple countries.
As part of the Global HR Systems Team you will work closely withworkstream leads, HR teams, key stakeholders and our external supportpartner to ensure we meet busness requirements and help deliver HR'ssystems roadmap.
