MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Drivers to join a leading logistics client in Nuneaton.

Location: Nuneaton, CV10

Shift Patterns (Fixed Shifts)

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
• Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £12.39 per hour (standard); £18.58 per hour (overtime)
• Night Shift: £15.00 per hour (standard); £22.50 per hour (overtime)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VNA trucks safely and efficiently within a high‑rack warehouse environment.
• Pick, relocate, and replenish stock at various heights.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Achieve productivity targets while upholding stringent standards of safety and accuracy.
