Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in cross-functional project management, preferably in FMCG.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stage and Gate process for MOJU’s projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Continuously improve project processes based on feedback.
