This will include covering the South Lakes, Furness, and Eden areas.

This cross‑service approach gives you the opportunity to broaden your experience, develop your professional skills, and make a meaningful contribution across a diverse range of needs. Join us and become part of a committed, enthusiastic team of professionals who are passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for experienced, person‑centred Occupational Therapists who want to make a real difference across our Adult Social Care teams. You’ll bring a clear understanding of the legislation and local priorities that shape our work, along with the confidence to apply this in a practical, supportive way. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, as is a commitment to strength‑based, person‑centred practice that helps people live well and stay independent.

Adult Social Care vision is “People living in a place they call home with the people and things that they love, in communities where they look out for one another, doing the things that matter to them.”

We are looking for the right people with the right values and behaviours to join our teams across Adult Social Care. We’d like to hear more about you, your motivations, interests and values on your application, including what attracted you to this role and how you feel your values align to the role.
