You’ll support product returns, customer queries, and service administration, whilst also ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders across spares, consumables, and service-related goods. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.With demonstrable experience of customer service administration and order management within a fast-paced customer centric organisation you'll be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and have strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
