You’ll ensure your team leaders are engaged with our **transformational journey** and are supported in the successful adoption of change programs, resulting in improved colleague engagement and NPS scoresYou will be supporting and developing the team, inspiring them and ensuring that engagement and customer **NPS** are at an all time high.
