A luxury hotel in the UK is seeking a Chef De Partie to oversee kitchen operations and staff in the absence of senior chefs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent cooking skills, strong communication, and the ability to maintain high food standards. Hours of work: 46 hours per week
Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned Hotel with Golf, Spa and Leisure facilities nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside, this luxury Hotel provides a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a popular choice.
Over the last few years, the Hotel has undergone major renovations with the Spa, bedrooms, restaurant, residents lounge, sports bar and all public areas with further plans to expand throughout 2026.

As Chef de Partie you will be have responsibility for the Kitchen and its staff in the absence of the Head Chef and Senior Sou Chef, directing all kitchen activities and ensuring the preparation of our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests - whenever and wherever they dine.
The main purpose of the role is to support the senior team to deliver the highest standard and manage a section.
There are also aspects of Food Safety and Health & Safety thet the team will need support with.
