Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Accounts Payable role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, including coding, checking, and matching.
  • Manage supplier accounts and handle statement reconciliations.
  • Support the No PO No Pay policy and assist with onboarding team members.

Skills

Understanding of an Accounts Payable function
Methodical and organised approach to work
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to analyse and solve problems
Team player, motivated to achieve targets together
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
