Job summary

A community church in Brixton is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the strategic development and smooth running of church operations. This role involves managing HR functions, overseeing facilities management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have proven experience in operations or project management, along with strong leadership skills. While Spanish is not a requirement, it would be beneficial for engaging with our diverse congregations. This position is funded until June 2028.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Director or Project Manager.
