  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to establish and maintain effective working and collaborative relationships
  • Have a real enthusiasm for collaboration, team building, standards of excellence, innovation, continuous improvement and constructive change

  • Fundraising and grants experience within the UK and or internationally is a bonus, but not essential
  • Working experience of UK legislation, charity regulations and key funding bodies in the UK is a bonus, but not essential
What will you be doing?

As Business Development Lead you will help formulate the income generation strategy for The CHC and lead the work to identify and implement innovative ideas in the development of products and services that will provide value to our potential donors and partners. This role is critical to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the programmes that the charity is developing to yield better health outcomes for children and families over the forthcoming years and to produce blueprints for solutions that can be scaled up to reach increasingly wider audiences that need help.
