The Role

Job Title: Operations Support Manager

Area Covering: Covering Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding Area

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 45 hours per week

Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays)

Pay Details: £40,000 per year plus car allowance of £3,840 per year (paid monthly)

What’s this all about?

Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Support Manager to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites.

You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed

Responsibilities
  • Manage, inspire, and engage the teams across multiple sites.
  • Understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution to the business, with attention to our food and service offering and client expectations.
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships, gain trust, and drive the shared goal of feeding more students, better food.
  • Manage at least 4 sites; guide the chef managers with day-to-day running and build excellent client relationships.
  • Be happy to work in the kitchen when needed as a chef by trade.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from the kitchen to the board room.
  • Be self-motivated, resilient, highly organised, and skilled at prioritising effectively.
  • Proficient with Office software and capable of producing spreadsheets and presentations to show performance.
