Role Description

This is a self employed hybrid role for a Mortgage Advisor, based in the City of Bristol with the flexibility to work from home. The Mortgage Adviser will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, assessing financial needs, providing tailored mortgage advice, and guiding customers through the mortgage application process.

The role involves collaborating with lenders, maintaining regulatory compliance, and staying up-to-date with current mortgage products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Mortgages
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Finance concepts
• CeMap Qualification or equivalent certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of current mortgage market trends and products
