During our two‑year programme, you'll spend time across different marketing and PR disciplines and develop skills in:
From brief to delivery, you'll coordinate media production, content creation, and photoshoots, building brilliant cross‑team relationships to create standout campaigns (while keeping an eye on budgets).
Build and maintain the Customer Plan – the ultimate source of truth for all channel activity. You'll help spot potential issues while championing what customers want, and making sure every marketing move puts them first.
Bring new store openings to life by helping orchestrate campaigns from planning to launch day. You'll fine‑tune the details by using data insights and make sure local marketing hits home.
Assist the PR team to steer campaigns from bright ideas to brilliant results. Craft press releases, coordinate with agencies, chase deadlines, and show off what's working with regular reporting.
You'll be at the heart of Screwfix's social channels, keeping the brand voice consistent, the audience engaged, and the performance metrics flowing. All while developing best‑in‑class social media content and strategy as part of the wider marketing strategy.
