Overview

Located in Llandrindod Wells within the beautiful Elan Valley.

The Spa Therapist will provide treatments to guest’s preferences in a relaxing, calm and welcoming environment. The Spa Therapist will ensure that their treatment rooms are a tranquil and clean space. As Spa Therapist you will use your specialist knowledge of treatment and products to advise guests making decisions on treatments and products they would like used in treatments and that they may wish to purchase.

The role requires someone who is either a Spa specialist with a Level 3 qualification in Beauty. The Spa Therapist will ensure that all processes are followed within the Spa & Leisure and as one team will also interact with all other colleagues across the hotel.

Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments, ensuring guests receive a relaxing and revitalizing experience. You will have a deep understanding of wellness practices and be able to recommend treatments tailored to each guest’s needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a professional approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in hygiene and treatment protocols.

Experience & Qualifications
