The Role

• As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide services for spa guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from the spa team.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere to the Spa, focusing on excellent customer care, going the extra mile for every guest.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments for guests
• Using guest feedback to ensure continuous excellent service is being delivered.
• Ensuring all spa procedures and checks are being completed every day.
• Building and maintaining customer profiles to capture guest preferences and to deliver wow factors throughout their spa journey.
• Develop and lead your team into identifying up selling opportunities for and with the team.
• Attend regular meetings with the manager and the spa team
