A leading technology firm in the East Midlands is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a shift work pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off. Candidates must have experience in a Service Desk environment and be eligible for SC clearance. Our IT Service Desk is the 1st point of contact for our thriving range of products and customers. Our Service Desk Team strive for excellence by providing technical support including installation, troubleshooting, ticket logging and resolution where possible. We are on hand to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible care and that products and systems are performing. Overall, our service desk analysts are the focal point of our managed services team providing first class support to our customers ensuring they are leveraging the benefits of their technology investment.
This role follows a shift work pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Security Clearance: You must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance, which requires having resided in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
Experience of working in a Service Desk / ISP environment.
Demonstrable experience of working with MS O365.
Knowledge of the ITIL ServiceDesk environment.
Knowledge of working within technical environments.
Happy to work on a night shift rota.
