Work within the Estates team to undertake general building maintenance tasks; these will include general repairs to the building fabric including painting, decorating and maintenance duties within Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust at Kidderminster. This will include travelling between sites undertaking tasks inline with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring that all assigned duties and tasks have been completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Work safely in live clinical environments, planning tasks to minimise disruption to patients, staff and services. Carry out painting, decorating and finishing works across clinical and nonclinical areas to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming healthcare facility. Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, priming and repairing minor defects before applying finishes. Supporting the wider Estates maintenance teams by assisting with minor building fabric repairs when required.

To carry out a range of painting, decorating and finishing tasks to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across NHS facilities. The postholder will assist with routine maintenance, refurbishment and projects working both independently and as part of the Estates team.
