Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable or a willingness to train.
• NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Catering or Hospitality is desirable but not essential.
• Home cooks experienced in cooking large meals will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook well-prepared meals while maintaining cleanliness.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals including special diets.
• Manage stock ordering and budget, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
