Job summary

A leading insurance firm located in London is seeking an Underwriting Services Executive to enhance operational efficiencies through effective administrative support. You'll be responsible for data entry, document management, and query resolution, collaborating across departments to uphold high service standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards technology, with experience in Re(Insurance) being advantageous. This full-time position offers a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in collaborating and communicating, both in person and via email.
• Previous work or experience within a Re(Insurance) company or MGA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform data capture and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and action workflow items.
• Maintain an accurate electronic filing system.
• Investigate and resolve queries raised by various departments.
• Participate in daily communication with the outsourcing partner.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the business.
• Attend Operations and Underwriting meetings.
• Use reports to analyse data proactively.
• Work with the IBA department to chase aged debt.
• Maintain active involvement in new business initiatives.
