MCS Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a collaborative Product team in Belfast on a 6-month contract basis. As UX Designer, you will work on a complex platform used daily by thousands of external and internal users to manage campaigns, spend and performance. Using your expert Figma skills, you will Produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs and play an active role in creating a best-in-class product for its users.

The Role

• You will take a lead role in the discovery for a B2B Enterprise Platform.
• The UX Designer will design high-quality, user-centred solutions that support efficient self-service and internal workflows.
• Design across complex systems, including billing, internal platforms and third-party integrations.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Create clear, effective data visualisations for complex information.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Engineering and Analytics teams, building excellent working relationships.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to the evolution of a scalable design system.
• Actively participate in feedback and design community practices.

The Person

• You will have extensive, demonstrable, experience designing digital products, ideally B2B or complex systems.
• You will have experience across the full product life-cycle.
• Expert proficiency with Figma is essential.
• Strong user research and usability testing experience.
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
