What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features from discovery through to release
• Translating business and customer needs into well-defined user stories
• Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning and release coordination
• Improving requirements, validation and change management processes
• Maintaining clear traceability and visibility across delivery tools
• Supporting and ensuring smooth communication around releases and change impacts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile software teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum delivery and modern product-led environments
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and technical teams
• Confident communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating across multiple projects and managing ambiguity
