As a pivotal contributor, you work closely with the Head of UX and are instrumental in delivering innovative, award-winning digital experiences. Your role involves leading design on major projects, ensuring exceptional quality and user‑centric solutions that resonate with both users and clients. With a blend of creative thinking, strategic insight, and design proficiency, you drive the creation of digital products that make a real difference in people's lives.

Skills and Competencies

Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/product design, with a well‑rounded skill set and the ability to tackle diverse projects.

Technical Skills: High-level of proficiency in Figma with strong experience implementing design systems. Knowledge of a variety of research techniques and the ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions. Able to deliver pixel‑perfect user‑interface and motion design.

Strategic Thinking: Understanding of the UX process and the ability to lead projects with strategic insight, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade stakeholders.

Adaptability: Flexibility in handling various project types, from service design to interface design, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

• Eligible for UK security clearance (bonus points if you already hold it) (eligibility will be based on having lived in the UK for over 5 years)
