This 8-week contract offers £550-600 per day, with remote work and occasional visits to the South West. Ideal candidates will have strong data architecture experience and the ability to design centralized data solutions.

Overview

Data Architect We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect to support a private sector organisation with the design and delivery of a modern, automated analytics and reporting platform.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping a centralised, cloud-based data architecture, creating a scalable data warehouse that acts as a single source of truth across the organisation. This is a short, focused engagement where you’ll bring clarity, structure, and best practice to their data landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define a scalable, cloud-based data architecture
• Develop robust data models to support analytics and reporting use cases
• Support the creation of an automated analytics and reporting architecture
• Ensure the data warehouse operates as a single source of truth
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to align architecture to reporting needs

Essential

• Strong experience as a Data Architect
• Proven background in data architecture and data modelling
• Experience designing cloud-based data warehouses
• Ability to design scalable, centralised analytics platforms

Desirable

• Experience working in fast-paced private sector environments
• Exposure to automated reporting and analytics platforms

The Details

• Contract: 8 weeks
• IR35: Inside IR35
• Rate: £550-600 per day
• Location: Remote, ad hoc visits – South West
