This role involves delivering online sessions, providing coaching and assessment, and managing learner progress in compliance with educational standards. This is a home-based position providing support to learners throughout their apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing stakeholders, particularly client relationships.
• Coaching or mentoring experience, both formal and informal.
• Ability to accurately update data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured development journeys for learners.
• Manage a cohort of learners with excellent coaching and support.
• Deliver induction and skills sessions online.
• Carry out coaching calls with learners to ensure progression.
• Update data management systems on learner progression.
