Qualifications

• Experience in tax practice with up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate apprentices.
• Experience in providing pastoral care and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Regularly meet with apprentices and their managers to review progress.
• Ensure coaching meets Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
• Support apprentices with portfolio preparation and skills workshops.
