Simply Education are proud to be working in partnership with a specialist SEMH school in Crewe supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This is a setting where progress is measured not only through academic outcomes, but through confidence, emotional regulation, and positive personal development.
The school provides a structured, nurturing, and supportive environment where pupils are supported to rebuild trust, manage emotions, and re-engage with learning at a pace suited to their individual needs.
This HLTA position offers far more than a traditional classroom role. You will act as a positive role model, calm presence, and consistent support for pupils who require stability and understanding.

Every day is varied, fast-paced, and genuinely rewarding. This temporary to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, values strong relationships, and believes in second chances.
You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and personal development across the school.
