A local school in Chelmsford is seeking a Medical Care Lead to oversee the medical care and health support for pupils. St Mary's Prittlewell, CofE Primary School is seeking a committed, caring and highly organised Medical Care Lead to oversee and deliver high-quality medical care, first aid and health support for our pupils.
This is a vital role within the school, ensuring that children's medical needs are met safely and effectively so that every pupil can fully access learning. The successful candidate will lead medical provision across the school, coordinate first aid arrangements, manage individual healthcare plans and work closely with families, staff and external health professionals.

The appointment will be subject to a successful enhanced DBS check, medical check, social media check, receipt of two references in addition to relevant background checks and certificated evidence of the required qualifications. You will be required to provide proof of ID for your DBS check, such as a valid driving licence, valid passport and recent Council Tax letter. Other forms of ID may be accepted and a complete list can be provided by the school.
