Job summary

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years’ experience in consulting or relevant industry roles in growth, customer, or transformation functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and deliver clear outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams on commercial transformation projects, pricing, and customer lifetime value programs.
  • Apply data analytics, AI, and automation to deliver insights.
  • Design dashboards and decision tools for data-driven operations.
  • Support clients in value creation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align KPIs.
