Job summary

A leading childcare organization is looking for a Nursery Quality Manager in Maidenhead to ensure outstanding quality of teaching and care. The ideal candidate will have a level 3 early years qualification, experience in a senior role, and a passion for inspiring others. Responsibilities include managing the nursery in the absence of the manager and building relationships with families and staff. The position offers a salary range of £33,793.50-£38,454 and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • Currently working in a senior capacity in an early years environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage continual review of provision to ensure outstanding quality.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Resume full responsibility in the absence of the manager.
