Overview

Permanent Supervisor - Part Time

Jewellery retail relies on great product knowledge. Store Supervisors bring product knowledge to life, helping customers understand where gems come from and how watches keep time. You will be a role model of excellent customer service, achieving targets, maximising sales, and sharing your product expertise with customers. You will also support store management by coaching new team members to settle in, develop product knowledge, and grow customer retail skills.

Your Background

• Retail or customer service experience
• Strong ability to sell, with excellent communication, confidence, and an outgoing personality to build rapport with customers
• Ambitious and motivated to grow; this role is a stepping stone into your first management position with coaching, training, and support to develop quickly
