Permanent Supervisor - Part Time: Our Store Supervisors are the people who bring product knowledge to life, delivering amazing customer service and helping the team achieve targets and maximise sales.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members.
• Achieve targets, maximise sales and share product expertise with customers.
• Support store management by coaching new team members, helping them settle in, develop product knowledge and grow customer retail skills.

Your Background / Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to sell.
• Strong communication skills, confidence and an outgoing personality to build rapport with customers and showcase product features.
• Aspiring professionally: a Store Supervisor role as a stepping stone into your first management position, with coaching, training and support to develop quickly.
