Key Info:

📍 Location: Based in Redruth (covering sites across Cornwall & Devon)

👤 Reports to: Operations Director

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning and delivering a Group-wide commercial strategy aligned to business goals
  • Leading all sales and customer-facing activity across the Group
  • Driving revenue growth, customer retention, and account development
  • Acting as the senior commercial contact for key customers and strategic opportunities
  • Overseeing new business sales activity, targets, and pipeline reporting
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales management, or business development role
  • Experience working across multiple service lines or business units
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams and locations
  • Commercially astute, with a solid understanding of sales, retention, pricing, and account management
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to drive improvement and change
