Job description

Coaches are responsible for delivering structured padel coaching across all levels and ages.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver group coaching sessions
• Deliver 1-to-1 private coaching
• Run kids and junior coaching programmes
• Support or run events and tournaments when required (but this mainly falls on activators)
• Help develop players technically and tactically

Coaches are typically fully qualified or working toward higher-level coaching qualifications.
