A leading motoring organization is seeking a Mobile App Engagement Manager to enhance customer engagement through innovative app experiences. You will develop strategies to boost app usage, create engaging content, and collaborate with teams to optimize user interaction. We’re investing heavily in our mobile app and are looking for a Mobile App Engagement Manager to help create meaningful, engaging experiences for millions of our AA members.
You’ll sit within our Mobile App & Engagement product team, shaping how customers interact with the app through compelling content, timely communications and creative campaigns. Working closely with product, marketing and wider business teams, you’ll help grow engagement, adoption and loyalty across our digital ecosystem.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong marketing or customer engagement foundation, a creative mindset, and hands‑on experience working with mobile apps.
