Location: Ashford

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:00

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Warehouse Operative for a well-established client. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and keen to develop practical skills in a production-style warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery to cut timber to precise measurements
• Using a range of small handheld tools, including drills, saws, and measuring equipment
• Organising and managing stock in a busy warehouse setting
• General wood-working tasks and preparing materials for dispatch or build
• Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily duties

Ideal Candidate Will Be

• Confident using machinery and tools (full training provided, but experience is a plus)
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
