Your contribution to our company

As partof the Infrastructure Pre-Construction Team, you will develop and write compellingand strategic proposals and tenders. You will be involved in:

• Developing, writing and editing technical responses and evidence for complex projects
• Conducting answer planning and writing workshops as required, managing inputs from a wide range of sources and stakeholders
• Interviewing technical, operational, and business function experts to transform drafts into clear and persuasive customer-focussed responses
• Ensuring completion of all responses to internal / external deadlines
• Supporting win strategy workshops
• Supporting the enhancement of company work winning libraries and bid content
• Sharing knowledge and best practice across the business, contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
