Join our growing national Company Secretarial team, focusing on private businesses in the Southern region. As a Manager, you’ll be supporting the senior management team in delivering the team’s overall growth strategy whilst having direct day‑to‑day oversight of junior team members. You will also be expected to draft and deliver work of a transactional nature across a portfolio of SME corporate clients, including (but not limited to) drafting articles of association with complex share class rights, working in collaboration with RSM’s tax teams to implement group rationalisation / reorganisation projects, preparing and submitting stamp duty relief applications to HMRC, and advising on and implementing complex share restructuring transactions.
