An energy technology company in Livingston is seeking an Onshore Wind Turbine Service Technician Apprentice. This role involves a level 3 qualification with hands-on training primarily at their service site. Candidates must have 3 GCSEs including Maths and English, a full UK driving licence, and be at least 18 by September 2026. As an Onshore Wind Turbine Service Technician Apprentice, you will pursue a level 3 qualification (equivalent to NVQ). The course is titled: Maintenance Operations & Engineering Technician. You will receive training in all facets of the wind turbine service technician role, including industry standard safety training and safe ways of working. During the first year of your apprenticeship, your primary base will be at our partner training provider located in Scunthorpe where you will undertake General Electrical / Mechanical training in both practical and theory-based sessions. In years 2 & 3, your learning will primarily be hands‑on experience working with our service team on site, at the site to which you are recruited.
