• Experience in the design/pre-construction/construction industry working on projects between RIBA Stages 2-6.
• Experience drafting construction contracts such as JCT, NEC, and bespoke forms for service providers.
• Good knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Design and Construction in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly reviews of open contract negotiations with the Project Management Team.
• Lead on large framework and high-value contracts, supporting the Commercial Director.
• Negotiate terms and assist with drafting relevant commercial terms and schedules.
