This role involves ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and driving continuous improvement, offering a salary of £17.30 - £18.26 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' senior leadership experience in Children's Residential Services.
• In date enhanced DBS required.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding legislation.
• Evidence of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
