Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen previously is preferable.
• A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills, and sinks.
• Pot wash and table cleaning in the café.
• Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed.
• Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators.
• Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen.
• Washing dirty dishes.
• Removing kitchen waste and disposing of it properly.
• Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment.
• Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation.
• Providing assistance to Cooks and other kitchen staff.
