We at Severino Group are seeking is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of bespoke furniture and joinery, who come with experience of pricing high‑end projects accurately while collaborating closely with workshop and project teams.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially aware individual who:

• Has proven experience as an Estimator in bespoke furniture, joinery, interiors, or fit-out
• Understands materials, craftsmanship, and production processes
• Can confidently read and interpret technical drawings
• Works methodically under deadline pressure
• Has experience on high-end, detail-driven projects

• Experience pricing bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior projects
• Ability to build accurate project costings including materials, labour, and finishes
• Comfortable taking off quantities for tiling, finishes, and sub-contractor works
• Proficient in estimating/costing software
• Able to liaise with project managers, designers, and workshop staff to confirm build approach
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Desirable but not essential

• Background in joinery, cabinet making, or interior fit-out
• Experience pricing high-value residential or commercial projects

Key Responsibilities

• Price bespoke furniture and joinery accurately, including all components and finishes
• Review drawings, schedules, and specifications to define project scope clearly
• Take off quantities for materials, finishes, and sub-contractor works
• Build accurate project costings using our estimating software
• Liaise closely with workshop and project teams to ensure costs reflect real-world build methods
• Maintain pricing accuracy and meet deadlines for multiple projects
